Hey guys, i used to be part of MCCBT and I really enjoyed the experance experience. I wanna know if there is a way to build maps for the server?
Hey! So there is a way for you to be able to build maps for the server! You can build the map in a creative world or a server with your friends and submit it with picture and/or a video showcasing the map! Here is the link for it to be taken into consideration as an addition!: maps

There is a way to showcase your builds if you wish to do so, under the map submissions part of the forums or at this link: https://mccentral.org/community/forums/maps/ as somebody already pointed out. There's a supposed mini-game revamp coming up so now would be a perfect time to submit any maps you wan't to share. The MCC Build Team was disbanded in late 2017, the owners now hire a professional build team for sub-server spawns I believe.
As others have mentioned, the MCCBT was unfortunately disbanded (for various reasons) at the end of 2017, and the building for sub-server resets is done by an external BT. The owners seem happy with this arrangement, so the chances a MCC run BT makes a return for players like you to join are slim. The map submissions forum is currently the only place for MCCentral players to create and submit maps for the server, and I've been happy to see you posting in there fairly frequently! Maps submitted there will looked at by the admin team/owners, and then if deemed of a high enough quality, put on hold to be added in the next minigame(s) reset.
