In survival you are able to get a beacon in the same manner you would in normal survival minecraft. You can also buy one for in-game currency from a players shop as some players are able to obtain beacons from keys. You may also buy keys to obtain a beacon however I do not recommend this as it is not guaranteed. :)
Hey IlovekatsYT!! Most people just buy beacons off other people. However the way they get them can be 2 ways. Number 1: Keys: This include Vote Keys (Epic Reward) Ancient Keys (Rare Reward) and Mythical Keys (Rare Reward x3) Another way is by killing the wither by spawning it with 3 wither skulls in the wild and then crafting a beacon Hope this helped. - Sean
