You need 20 messages at least (I think) to be able to apply. In addition, I think your account also needs to be older than 45 days. Good luck, though!
Hey! You need to have 20 posts, and 50 accepted reports, aswell as a 45 day old acc. The reports carry over for the next 30 days from the last forums, but the post's don't. Get your post count up and it will let you apply. However, your account does not have to be 45 days old yet, because the forums have not been around for that long -N3UR0T0X1N
