i might be stupid but a liar I am not. I might be wrong, because I don’t remember what happen that day I was muted. I was muted for advertising and I don’t know what it means by that. It happen in-game survival games and I didn’t even type nothing as a matter of fact I didn’t even disrespect anyone that day. And I got this message in chat that I was muted for ever for advertising by prof_witley. I am confused explain what happen
Unfortunately moderators are not required to gather evidence for punishments, so not much that can really be done unfortunately. If they denied the appeal then that's that. Unless you can somehow provide evidence to prove your innocence, I doubt the mute will be removed.
Jesus Christ I didn’t even do nothing! I was muted in-game for something I didn’t freaken do,I still remember.
It would be helpful if you could explain how long ago this happened, if you were just muted you should take a look at your logs for that day and try to talk to prof_witley personally showing him that you never advertised in your logs. Although they may not believe this since logs can be edited I think thats your best choice.
Advertising means that you are pretty much saying the IP of another server, or their website link. You could go to the rules List and Read through, should be helpful

Hey there, Since you were chat reported I checked the report out but It did seem you were advertising. Therefore the staff member that replied to your appeal was unable to accept it just yet. In most cases we do not accept severity 3 appeals after 6 months when the punishment was issued. But, you can create an appeal a month again just to try again to see if it will get shortened. Maybe the staff member will see it through and unmute you. However, whoever was on your account didn't advertise accidentally.
