I have heard this brought up a ton of times (I know). But I have a better idea for it, people who have discord, they can use discord. For people who do not have it which a lot of people do, you can make /report go in a channel via a bot. Therefore some staff can assist you when they have time. It would be very helpful too!
Hey, this is a -1 for me. The staff team would have to go even more out of their way to get players banned, even when they work hard enough. They would join a call with you or assist you separately, which can be a hassle. I don’t see this being added, they already have 2 good methods 2 catch hackers, you can let staff know in support in their discord, and by reporting in forums. I see this being a pain for the staff team, and I don’t think the current methods are bad right now. I don’t see this needing to be added, or see them considering adding this. Not a bad suggestion though, -1. Have a nice day.
This wont be a good thing to add. Splitting up support even more will just make it slower. The system we have right now works perfect. If we did individual channels for support we would have too many as too many people would open them up to tell us 1 ign of a hacker.
Going off of what Unadvised said, if you want to report someone, follow the methods that they have right now. The current systems don't really have any flaws. If you want to report someone with evidence, use the forums and report them so that the reports team can take a look when they have the chance. If you want to report a sighting of a cheater, use the discord #support channel and ask the staff to take a look at the guy. I don't see how the system needs any fixing, because it has a high success rate with helping others. If you disagree with this, I'd like to see it through. (If people don't have discord/ aren't allowed discord, they can just screen record and reports on a website that shouldn't get them into trouble.)
