my account got hacked and i had immortal rank on it do i have to rebuy the rank or do i get my rank back on the account im currently playing on if i showed proof
Hey! If your account got hacked, I recommend contacting Mojang so that they can recover the account for you. We can't transfer the rank to another account unfortunately. If you wanted to have Immortal on your new account, you would have to buy it again. That's why I strongly suggest that you contact Mojang to recover the old account. :)
i cant contact mojang or microsoft because i bought the account from a 3rd party website then bought my rank
Ah, unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done then. That is always a risk with the 3rd party sites, and migration of accounts was aimed to solve these 3rd party accounts. As I said before, we can't transfer the rank I'm afraid. - Thread Locked
