   i have reported a staff on report staff channel
   but it seems nobody is replying to that thread
   is there some procedures that i did wrong or there are other ways to report?

   The report submitted on the staff member will be looked at by the admin team during their weekly call I believe. Just give it some time, at your report will be dealt with.
