So i was muted for spamming, and in the rules it says a "warning is required" but yet i did not get one at all. So can someone please like make that be an actual thing, because im quite frustrated that i did not get a warning but a full on mute without a warning

A warning is not required if the mute was from a chat report. When you speak, it should say the offence you committed, what subserver it was on, and whether it was witnessed (W), chatreported (CR) or reported on forums (R). You were most likely muted from a chat report which is why you did not receive a warning first. It says this in the rules.
Yes, a warning is required if it’s witnessed. If you were chat reported, a warning is not required and you will be muted without receiving one. This is a screenshot from the rules page:
Hey, the reason you were muted is "chat flooding" which is different then regular spamming. Chat flooding is actually a severity two mute, therefore it does not require a warning.
