3 days. Staff REQ

    So, if the my specified staff doesn’t respond to my appeal within 72 hours, what do I do?

    Hi there. If the staff member that punished you isn't an admin (you can check the staff team list here and who punished you here), then you may create a report on that staff member. However, the mentor team is most likely already aware that they have exceeded the 3 day response time and will deal with the situation accordingly. Make sure you don't create another appeal as this could result in your privileges being provoked. Be patient and good luck with your punishment (:

    This is correct.

    NOTE: ADMINS and TECHNICAL APPEALS are exempt from this! (Staff on LOA are also exempt and are required to get someone else to do their appeals)
