"Second last line" is very poorly worded. Perhaps you meant to say 'second-to-last' line? You have neglected to hyphenate the term 'double-check' in the second-to-last sentence in your post. "...before clicking send, and..." There should not be a comma there. A compound predicate composed of two objects shouldn't be separated by a comma and a conjunction.
