ICameISawILeft

Hello there!
My IGN is ICameISawILeft. a lot of people ask me what the backstory is behind my name, and its actually quite simple. It's a play on the saying "I came, I saw, I conquered" or veni, vidi, vici famously known from Julius Caesar. It's kind of stupid, but the idea is that instead on conquering I lost interest and just Left instead (therefore I Came, I Saw, I Left). But this is all a mouthful, which I understand, and so most people just call me Grim (named after the faction I used to lead on various servers).
Most of my minecraft experience is forged in factions. I started at a young age (I was probably 9 or 10, way back towards the end of 2012) and mostly played on towny (creative servers where you sell builds or rent builds). the server I played on eventually started a faction server, and this is where I started my journey. I was instantly hooked on the idea of banding together for a common cause and defending bases. Only probably was, in those days, people didnt know how to cannon. I remember building sky bases with 1 wall that we made by hand and never getting raided. it truly was a sight to behold and learn about as modern cannons took shape!
which brings me to today. The toxicity and cheating associated with factions nowadays has made it largely unfun. I've mostly found myself enjoying building cannons on my own private plots for a few years now. if this sounds like something that interests you, please do reach out! its a dying art form and I know WAY too much about it to keep it all to myself :)
