What do you mean? Have you lost your Immortal rank?

The website gives me the option to buy it again but, I can't log into the server to check either. I upgraded to Windows 10 and haven't been able to log in since.

I believe I used to be able to check online but, it's treating me as if I'm a new user on MCCentral website and shows no purchases or anything

do you know what name your old account was? if so you can go on the shop log in to your profile at the start of the shop and it should show that you bought it. at also probably has to do something with the forums reset.

and are you sure your using the correct stuff? it also might have to do something with you changing computers.

You should just check in-game for your rank.
