Hello!! I'm FableKing and this is a few tips and tricks to start out survival! Before I get started, I want to remind you that there may be a thousand threads just restating what I have said. I can assure you; however, I'm not using verbatim. Thank you!! So, you're new to survival! First off, Welcome! Being new to a sub-server can be anxious; however, do not fret. The people on are usually nice and are willingly able to help out if you have questions. With that, let's move on to the "goals" of survival: There aren't any! You create your goals, if you want! Create the best plot or try and become a millionaire! It's up to you! I highly recommend checking out MCCStoreOwner's post about how Survival works! He goes over the warps, plots, and additional information! Now that you know the "goals", let's go over the most efficient ways of getting an income. Economy This season, fishing is the new thing! While you're out and about around the Overworld, go and find some spiders. Acquire their string, grab a stick, and you're all set! As simple as that! If you do /shop, you will see fish are what gives you a lot of money, to say in latter terms. $300 $800 $1,500 $10,000 As you can tell, fishing can reel in a lot of money (haha). Just spend 10-15 minutes a day just fishing. It'll make a difference to your income in no time. Also, with fishing, there's a chance of other items! Sticks, lillypads, and ENCHANTED ITEMS! This allows for better gear as well! I suggest that you should fish on your plot! (However, if it is raining in the overworld, go there! Your chances of getting something increases!) Plots only grow or do active things while someone is within the chunk. So, my setup is this: Tree Farm Land/Fishing ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pumpkin/Wheat Farm First, get your crops/trees harvested and replanted, then while waiting for those to grow back, fish! It's that simple! It may be a bit difficult to carve out the area for the farms; however, you can always use the land as well! It's really up to you guys! This is just my set up! Oooh This guide is so colorful and nice! very on point indeed :) ty for making this to help out the new players or just anybody in general :D its also really good you also pointed out fishing because im not sure if new players know that fishing can give them so much money. and to do that its just three string and two sticks. Maybe put in some other farms, like nether wart and an acacia farm (Since each wood sells for $42 I believe) Also a very good money making farm to start off on.
