Hey! Firstly, Myth keys are virtual and not physical items. Check the Treasure Chest at spawn and check if you got the keys If you still didn’t receive them, you email [email protected] Also read over this thread https://mccentral.org/community/threads/donation-issues.136/
I know its not something physical, Im always checking the /spawn treasure chest, but sameway I didn't get it.
Depending on where you live, it can take longer to process and receive the purchased items in game. Be sure that you relog to allow for the key to load in too, if you haven't done so already. If you don't receive the key within the next hour, follow the steps xBenz said above.
