Does anyone remember old MCC kitpvp? Like when the gapples were giant purple and black boxes? When there were trade rooms? When there were debuffs? When there were four servers of the same map, and every one of them had at least like 50 people on at once? When if you did your kits and your inv was too full all the stuff would just fly out on to the floor? When the shop was signs and item frames and stuff? Just checking if there are any OGs out there, it makes me sad thinking about the decline of kitpvp as it was a big part of my life growing up. My old ign: NebKrik
hello! although i am not much of a kit player now these days, i do remember majority of what you had mentioned! that was back when i was a rookie and diamond rank and money/economy wasn’t as OP. it’s always fun to look back on how things used to be.. and i think the way kitpvp is now this season isn’t perfect but it’s more fitting for more players... sorta :)):) thanks man for creating this post for ogs to remember this and for new-comers to kinda get a feel for the old mcc have a great day! ~puposaurus
Honestly Never Play KitPVP lol. My PVP skills is OK I guess. Apparently voting is really helpful for KitPVP and I do do that a lot of the time. I occasionally play it but not much but might be something I look into in the future. Think I should play it?
I remember trading with players in the trading rooms quite a lot and also enjoyed changing maps whenever I wanted. If there would be a hacker in 1 map I'd just go to another one. Ahhh yeah, good times...
Hey! Oh man! Its been so long since those days. I started playing in season two and it hits me every time thinking back to those times. I would honestly say season two KitPvP is the best gaming experience I've ever had in any game. Yea it was so good, and I was really sad to see things that came to replace it. For example, the auction house prevented scamming, but what it also took was the fun in trading and negotiating with other members of the community. Another thing was the maps. I always preferred to play map 3 and map 4, if you know what I'm talking about. They were known as the "God" maps, where 1v1s would usually happen. Yea, I miss those times dearly and hope I would the excitement of trading items would come back. However, as with everything in this world, all good things must come to an end. Not saying KitPvP nowadays isn't great, because it is. I just miss those old times and the old community members that hooked me to MCCentral! And by the way, I remember NebKirk, you were an OG in season two.
Yes I remember those days and the early days of prisons it all brings back the memories and to see where it has gone in the 4 years it unbelievable through the lack of players ad ridiculous updates. Love the 4 maps and 4 different servers and kit had as much players as prisons does midway through the season.
Yeah bruh kit is not the same for me anymore. I was a god rookie and bought bedrock at the end of season 1. You might remember me as gypsychristmas, i am in a j0hny video and im in rigbot videos. Kit drops, when bedrock was the top rank (a reasonable price as well) trading rooms, cubes, the 4 servers. Old kit use to be so much fun, even if i was bad and didn't kill op people bc i teamed alot. As time went on i got better but i wish it was back then when i was good, and also the no res pvp
The old MCC KitPvP was probably the only reason I ever got into PvP, It needs to be brought back. I feel if we get the old seasons back Kit would definitely have a larger player amount than as of now. Also loved pressing F5 when I had the purple and black boxed gapples so I could see how much it took up my character lmao
