I believe that that Skyblock is a game of dedicated grinding and continuation. It has come to my attention that many players are now making billions, purely from coin-flipping. I've been playing on SB for a few months now, and I've made it to /is top with a couple of friends. Everyday, we get about $20m-$30m worth of balance from ~1400 creeper spawners everyday. You would think that's a lot. You would think that's a lot until you meet these people - who solely use /cf to make hundreds of millions in a few minutes. I can understand that cf is meant to be a fun way to get extra money, but I don't think that it should be used as a strategy to earn BILLIONS of dollars. I spend about 8 to 12 hours everyday, farming tokens, adding more spawners, and that only gets me so far. These people are getting over 5x (in a few hours!) what I make in three days worth of grinding. Just by /cf and using their little techniques and relying on cf money. I believe that having a lot of money is paid off by grinding the game, not by using a 50/50 gambling plugin. I hope to see /cf removed next season, just like KitPvP.
cf destroys the economy and makes me discouraged to continue grinding the game because people make so much money with no effort. I would like to see it be removed
I believe cf add's a fun element to the game involving luck. It is your choice to do or to not do. I also think that list is a little misleading because of the people on have have boosted, and I have seen it first hand. I have talked to the plugin maker of "cf" he says it's 100 percent random so NO way of rigging! I think cf should still be in the game!
I don't think cf fits in skyblock. It's gone so out of hand and its even gotten to the point when people have started to make BILLIONS. This is breaking the economy simply because people that cf a lot and win a shit ton of cash are basically getting easy IRL deals when some people have been grinding hard for their deals. I feel like cf should be removed and if this happens, people that play right now and cf I guarantee will be a lot more active simply because they have to grind more. I find this fair for every person that plays skyblock. I understand when people say that cf should stay, but It's better for them to remove cf to fix a big hole in skyblock. Cf has also made a few people QUIT because they lost their money. Think about it, cf was supposed to be a fun thing to make money and now it's made people quit, gave people billions and these same people basically don't grind anymore. I think its better to remove cf and get this over with.
Hey, I agree because I like having to be able to work for my money by farming and buying spawners not by making coinflips and having a 50/50 chance of making money or losing money. :D
I disagree 100%. In the earlier seasons the game was much more fun grinding for what you needed. Now you don't need to do anything to get /baltop.
I have more than double the money I showed last time, and it wouldn't have happened had I not bought creepers/sell wands to keep up for IRL money. I really don't think that's any more fair than CF. As long as buycraft exists I dont think you can make a game integrity argument, cause it's already non existent. My opinion at least.
yeah definitely seems a tad broken. possibly just minor fixes like timers between coin flips, etc. would do the trick
They could also change the odds to 40/40/20-20 being nobody gets money, adds a bit more risk to it I think
Hello! I see this thread has a lot of reviews, and I sadly don’t think this will change, Coinflip has been around MCC for a while and I don’t think that they will just take it out. However, I do like the idea of having a cap and the CFs. That would make things not so unfair. Hope this helped and have a wonderful day!! Thanks as always -TurtleSoup
I honestly don't think this is a good suggestion. Keep it at 50/50 or remove the entire plugin. I don't see why /cf should have a reason to stay
They could also implement the same type of thing as in prison, where you gamble against the server itself and the odds arent as much in your favor.
