So... in the past week or so on MCC, there has been a MASSIVE bot problem. It is a large group of spambots that will spam /msg addresses and chat addresses until I can't hear my Minecraft self think. It's been going on for a while now, but then something RANDOM happened- I got banned! Booted! Blocked! Right off the bat, without a single warning. And it was for being a "bot". Okay... what. This is nuts. I know I can get salty with the admins and all that, but I wasn't being a bot! I need help.
howdy! you can appeal the punishment here. you can explain what chu said + some extra and/or some evidence... however, i don’t know your situation, but imitating spam bots can get you banned for spam bot. for example saying “What’s 2+2=[au6hw8j4kiu4]?” once.. ya’ get? i hope this helped!! good luck on your appeal and have a fantastic day!!! ~puposaurus
Oftentimes, during bot raids, staff members will ask all players to remain quiet to avoid a false mute. My theory is you did not follow instructions (or none were given), sent a message during the raid, and you were muted as a result. Your appeal will most likely be accepted, but do keep this in mind for later.
Wait. He was offline just as he was offline... Zonafer, check the logs to see if any other mods (like ray01 or mislove) were online.

Hey StrongGoodies, I've checked your IP and report history and can find no evidence of you being part of the bot attacks. As such, I've unbanned you and removed the punishment from your history. For future reference, please never talk when a bot raid is happening. Otherwise things like this happen where you can accidentally get banned for being a bot. Thread locked.
