I can't connect to server because it say I use vpn when I no use vpn. Here is a proof. I want to play my favorite server but I can no play if I keep get the error. Sorry me english is a bad and I is no american. If i am banned how to get unbanned because i no break any rules, so why is I banned?
The server can falsely flag that you're using a VPN as it has an anti-vpn system so players can't use VPNS to evade bans. Clearly this is a mistake and you need a Senior Moderator or an Administrator to add you to the VPN whitelist in-game. This post here perfectly fine and someone will eventually respond in the meantime there is unfortunately not much you can do.
No, to fix this, all that you have to do is make a forum post with your username and ask for staff to be whitelisted and once they do, this should allow you to log onto the servers wthout any problems!
Indeed, you are not banned from the server, it is just a common issue with being kicked for VPN/Proxy. In order for you to be added to the VPN whitelist, I would like to have your username. When/If you do provide your username, you will be added to the VPN Whitelist and it will take approx. 5 minutes to be added.
A Senior Moderator will try to sort your issue since you have explained that you are not using a VPN. Sometimes this thing does happen to players and the best way for them to get it solved is to do what you're doing! Just wait a bit and a SrMod will help whitelist you or contact you further!
