Hey! It is not hard to get Helper, it just requires some effort. Another tip I would offer is to always exceed the requirements; grinding 20 trashy posts and then applying doesn't look good, and it certainly won't get you accepted. Going above and beyond really shows your dedication to the server and will net you a higher chance of getting accepted.
