The time has come once again for our Skyblock server to start a brand new chapter. This season is focussed on adding as much new content as possible to keep the game feeling modern and fresh! This changelog will detail all changes big and small for our upcoming reset which will be dropping this upcoming Friday 13th March 3pm MST.

- Fishing Bait has been added to the Mobcoin Shop
- Players can now catch and sell Exotic Fish using Fishing Bait
- Added the Farming Frenzy Event, allowing players to sell crops for massive profit
- Added the Sands of Fortune Event, hiding 1 Event Key somewhere on the digsite for players to find
- Players can now withdraw Mobcoins into a physical item
- Players can now pay Mobcoins to other players
- Wheel of Fortune Respin Tokens have been added, allowing players to respin the wheel
- Envoys have been revamped with more relevant rewards
- Players can now recycle multiple custom enchants at once instead of one at a time
- Added the Season 28 Central Pass featuring new skins, emojis, and a chat tag
- Fixed a bug where players could harvest sweet berry bushes inside protected regions
- Fixed a backend error caused by the Tutorials plugin
- Fixed a bug on the Nether Island where the Power Generator trap sometimes displayed two holograms
- Fixed a bug on the Nether Island where Emerald Generators appeared inactive when they were actually active
- Fixed a bug where Warden and Ravager pets would target trophies
- Revamped the Bloodmoney Rune so it now gives higher value banknotes but less often
- Fixed a bug where players were unable to harvest cocoa beans on other islands even when they had permission
- Fixed a bug where the Introduction task "Purchase a Spawner" was not working
- Tax collected from community coinflips is now included in the Daily Lottery
- Fixed a bug where the Trophies interface was not using the new resource pack interfaces
- Fixed a bug with the /is blockvalues interface where some blocks were not displaying
- Silverfish Spawners can now be obtained from the Treasure Hunter loot table
- Fixed a bug where Spawner Breaker II sometimes caused players to lose spawners

Fishing Bait:
This upcoming season, a brand new consumable has arrived in the Mobcoin Shop: Fishing Bait. By using this new item, players can take their lava fishing to the next level and gain access to the all-new exotic fish features. Fishing Bait can be purchased for 25 Mobcoins and will attract exotic fish for 10 minutes once consumed.

Exotic Fish Species:
Exotic fish can only be caught while lava fishing using the newly added Fishing Bait. There are 40 unique exotic fish for players to discover, allowing you to level up your fishing skill faster than ever. Exotic fish can be sold on your Nether Island for profit, but most importantly, they are a key part of leveling up your island. This upcoming season, fishing will be in full swing, providing a massive boost to your island level when used strategically.

Farming Frenzy:
Get ready, Skyblock farmers! Farming Frenzy is here to shake up the economy. Happening three times daily for 15 minutes each, this exciting new event randomly selects one crop and gives players a massive sell buff for the duration. Unlike other events, Farming Frenzy rewards preparation and strategy, so make sure your farms are running at full potential and your crops are stockpiled to profit big when the frenzy hits. Your timing and readiness will determine how much you reap.

Wheel of Fortune Tokens:
You grind all day and wait 24 hours for your chance at the Wheel of Fortune, hoping this will finally be the spin where luck goes your way… but sometimes luck just isn’t on your side. This upcoming season introduces Wheel of Fortune Respin Tokens, a brand new item found in Skyforge Crates that allows players to respin the wheel and take another shot at the buff they’ve been chasing. When luck fails you the first time, use a token and spin again to see if fortune finally lands your way!

Envoys Revamped:
It has been a long time since Envoys received any updates on our Skyblock server, and over time the rewards have become less exciting. This season, Envoy rewards have been completely revamped. Players can now expect modernized rewards that are more relevant to the current economy, and each Envoy event will include a guaranteed event key for one lucky player. Get ready to open those Envoys and see what treasures await!

Season 28 Central Pass:
With a new season comes a fresh collection of shiny cosmetics in the Season 28 Central Pass. Don’t miss your chance to unlock exclusive rewards, including the Heavenly Tools and Armor, Seraphim Tools and Armor, and the adorable Mushroom emojis. Pick up the Season 28 Central Pass and start earning your rewards today!

Mobcoins Overhauled:
This upcoming season, Mobcoins are becoming more tangible and easier to use in the Skyblock economy. Players will now be able to withdraw and redeem Mobcoin items as well as pay other players directly. All of these new features are available through the /mobcoin command. No longer locked to your account, your Mobcoins can now be used to their full potential. Take advantage of this currency and see how far it can take you!

Recycle Custom Enchants:
Getting the Custom Enchant you want can be a challenging process, often requiring you to recycle unwanted enchants to regain tokens. This upcoming season, recycling custom enchants is becoming easier than ever, allowing players to recycle multiple enchants at once. No more doing them one by one. Simply place all your unwanted enchantments into the GUI and click the confirmation button to bulk-recycle in seconds!

Sands of Fortune:
Get ready for Sands of Fortune, a brand new event taking place three times daily. The goal is simple and open to all players: extract artifacts from your digsite! When the event begins, an event key will be hidden somewhere on every island’s digsite, and the first player to uncover it wins. Grab your brush, start digging, and see if you have what it takes to claim the hidden prize!

Miscellaneous Changes
As always with new seasons, it is our primary focus to ensure we deliver enough content, quality of life changes and bug fixes to satisfy our community! Players can expect to see brand new builds alongside a smoother gameplay experience with a handful of our backend plugins being updated with performance improvements.
