Hello, Three days ago I submitted a punishment appeal for my month-long ban from the server (I think it was because I took longer than 5 minutes to join the discord server and screenshare). When I submitted the appeal, I read the appeal guidelines and it says to wait up to 3 days for a staff member to review it. It's been three days now, and I haven't heard anything...what now?
The three days rule only applies to current staff who are not on LOA or an admin. If you were banned by someone who is not currently staff, is an admin, or is on LOA - there is no time limit.
Hi, Ray01 is the staff member that needs to review my appeal, because they are currently staff, and are not an admin (according to the staff page on this website), how do I know if they are on LOA? Or is that something I just have to continue waiting for?
You opened this support ticket regarding a different appeal. Your current appeal is towards NonRacist, who I believe has a lot of studies at the moment hence why their appeals are taking a while. I cannot guarantee it will be checked soon, but if not for another few days I will bring the issue to admins.
