Dear support team, I was recommended on Discord to write this thread so you can help me with a problem with the console. First, I wanna apologyze for my english, not my first, neither my second language. Second, I had a problem with the console, got banned because of it. Ill explain myself: Wednesday 27th I was mining in the abyss mine for essence while watching TV when suddendly I was banned for "using a client modification". I understand it could be seen as such, because I was pressing forwards and left click while focusing in the game and the TV show I was watching. Some times I continued pressing left clik even if the mine respawned, because, I repeat, I was watching the TV show. I think I was banned for repeatedly breaking the stone fo the edge of the mine, receiving the message this block cant be broken, or like today i mined strigth down so I could mine peacefully at the bottom of the mine. Either of them, I guess ,could be confused whit this "client modification" the console indicates. I never used hacks, client modificacions or thirs party apps for this or any game, I can swear it. After waiting 2 days I was unbanned automatically. Today, Saturday 30th, I joined again the server and after mining in my mine a bit I went to the abyss mine and did mine for some time before getting banned again for the same reason by the console. This time I can ensure I was mining straigth down when I was banned by the console. I undestand this console is necessary for keeping the playing experiencie for everyone as good as possible, but I would like to suggest to review the console and the logs and see if theres is some room for improvement and if there is some way to prove I did not used this kind of programs. I have really no need to it. Like I said at my first appeal, I just like the server and would like to enjoy playing during the winter break. Thanks in advance. Looking forward to your response. Hiya, The anticheat is fairly new so the owners are still trying to tweak it. Appealing the ban may result in you being unbanned early but alex has a lot of appeals to do along with his regular stuff. If this somehow happens again, recording it would help us better understand what went wrong (you can do this by pressing windows + g) or use a clipping software such as medal. Hopefully it will stop this, but until then I'd advise paying a bit more attention to your minecraft so you wont go in the walls if thats what is causing the anticheat to ban you.
