    Hello to whomever reads this.

Less than 3 days Ago I was banned for using an external autoclick function to mine Cobblestone at the Skyblock Hub.

The moderator kvng_steph forced me to screenshare even tho I didn't use it in a PvP-Setting.

In the Rules section for client modifications it states that "Players have to be screenshared by staff before a ban for Autoclicking in PvP. (Screensharing does not apply to mob farm autoclicking.)".

I didn't use the Autoclicker in a PvP setting so I shouldn't have been forced to screenshare in the first place if I'm reading this correctly. I know I wasn't supposed to delete the program however he wouldn't have realised if I wouldn't have been forced to be unjustly screenshared, which as stated in the Rules isn't required when mob farm autoclicking (my case Cobblefarming).

I still believe that the 30 Day ban I received was unfair in the situation since I used the automine function to mine Cobblestone and not to gain advantage in PvP. Furthermore mining speed doesn't change with autoclickers meaning that I would've received the same amount of Cobble had I not gone AFK.

Since the autofarm is a Severity 2 offence and it is my first offence, I would totally understand a 7 day ban but the 30 day ban is way out of proportion for my offence.

    Thank you in advance.

So, you are complaining that you were cobblestone farming when you got screenshared and not got banned straight away? In my opinion, that should work in your advantage as if you were banned straight away, there is no solid evidence that you were "autoclicking" as you could have put a heavy object on top of your mouse, making you mine automatically. To be clear, a staff member is allowed to screenshare you if he thought you were suspicious, regardless of where you used it. However, the rule states that it is not necessary to screenshare when a user is using it for mob farming. Anyhow, using an autoclicker goes against the rules so I don't see your point here. You are complaining that he screenshared you when you are not using it in pvp settings? At the end, you used an autoclicker hence why you were punished. It's better to screenshare rather than punish for "suspecting" someone of cheating. You're free to appeal if you believe you were falsely punished. You are also free to report the staff member who punished you if you feel that they did something they should not have. Be sure to include the evidence when doing so.

Oh, I am starting to grasp the idea right now. After searching your name, it appeared that you were punished for severity 3 because you modified the recycle bin while you were frozen. He has the right to screenshare you since he found you suspicious; however, it's your fault that you modified the recycle bin while frozen. When you get frozen, you should not do anything like that. You should, instead, comply with the instructions given. As you can clearly see in the rule, it says that "Modifying Files While Frozen" is severity 3 punishment, so it's completely your fault that you have done so. If you had not done that, a severity 3 punishment would not have been issued and you would have just been punished for a severity 2 offence. Modifying something from the recycle bin means that there is "something" you do not want to be found. Again, deleting/modifying something before a screenshare is something you would not want to do. If you still think that your punishment was false, then you may appeal with evidence

Exactly and I should never have been in a position of having to be screenshared since I was autoclicking and you could visibly tell because once he teleported me I continued clicking, since it was automatic. I should have instantly gotten the 7 day ban and it should've never escalated to the 30 day ban.

(I realised I was teleported after a while so I was clearly still striking the air when I was no where close to the cobble. I'm saying he didn't do his job properly by not instantly giving me the 7 day ban but escalating it to a point where the error occured causing me to get a 30 day ban).

You are lying. You forgot to mention that you modified your recycle bin while being frozen. That states in the rules is a violation of our SS Policy. If you didn’t modify your recycle bin, you would’ve gotten the 7 Day Ban.

You broke a higher severity rule by failing to follow our SS Policies. Moderators can freeze anyone at anytime for any reason. Even if you are just moving around at spawn, with probable cause, they can freeze. In your case, you kept clicking into the air which symboled an AutoClicker and a SS was appropriate to determine 100%.

You may appeal at www.mccentral.org/appeal but your ban is justified
