okay so i was muted for saying "suck my pp" but that's not the point I sent in an appeal and it was accepted but I'm still muted is that supposed to happen?

So if your appeal was accepted it can take a couple of minutes for you to be unmuted, it can either be that the staff member is about to log on or they've requested someone else to unmute you ingame. Best bet is if after around 10 minutes you've still not been unmuted you can ping a staff member via the Community Discord.
