    I appealed a ban and it was accepted but I never got unbanned, I posted another appeal saying that and I've been left on delivered for 5 days when on the appeal info page it says staff have up to 3 days to respond. What should I do

    This depends a lot on the reason for your ban.

    Let's assume you were banned for hacking, and your appeal was accepted. Instead of you being fully unbanned, your ban was reduced from 30 days to 14 days. Again, I am not sure who or what the ban was.

    Every staff member has up to three days to check your appeal, except for admins or any staff that are on LOA (Leave on Absence.)

    You can just contact a staff member who accepted your appeal and ask for the unban.

    The ban was supposed to be fully repealed, but it still says it never expires. Also what do I do when they take more than 3 days and are not an admin or on a LOA, like how do I directly contact them in a way where they will actually answer?

    You can either contact a staff member on MCC discord or start a private conversation with them on the website.
    To do that, go to the staff category and click on the staff member's profile that accepted your appeal, after that click the start a conversation button. From there you can write your private message to them.

    I am still not sure what is your IGN, so i cannot judge.

    It’s an IP ban and my name is gople. I can post a screenshot when i get back to my computer
