y’all shittin on my girls way too much

hello all.
it’s me, fable, ur fav ex mod. i’ve been in and out of this community and lemme just say:
YALL BE SHITTIN SO MUCH ON MY GIRLS (aka staff team) ((but mainly like mabel, andria, teddzy... and more idk))
like ok. yes. sometimes shit happens and a staff member makes a mistake - i’ve been there. i once accidentally warned someone for explicit convos; also, i once perm-muted someone for Ddos threats instead of banning. you can’t expect these ppl to be perfect 100%. that’s unrealistic.
along with that, some of yall just don’t even follow the rules. like if you read them,,, like even just skimmed them, you’d see why you were punished by whichever staff member. “oh but i think these rules are stupid” okay and? either make a suggestion on the forums saying that the rule sucks and offer a better idea or shut the hell up. don’t complain abt something that is already set it stone unless you have an **ACTUAL** argument against it.
let me just make this clear: there are some staff members i choose not to associate with. i don’t like their vibes or i just know something that i don’t appreciate. but i will push those emotions aside bc that’s what u do in situations like this.
maybe instead of going off at a staff member in an appeal, take a second to use that tiny brain and think “huh, if i wrote something nice and acknowledge my mistakes, maybe they’d accept my appeal”. the amount of angry *** appeals i got was HILARIOUS to me. but whenever i got one that would be considerate (and also like other factors involved), i would accept those.

like, teddzy has been pushing for this minigames revamp for years - and more credit should be given. (plus i asked her if she could add the toothless emote on discord and she did so ty)
andria is this nicest person and most helpful staff member on discord. she is fast at responding and active in general. that was the most difficult abt staff - wanting to commute w/ players but not be seen as a different person just bc a dumb role. and andria does this perfectly. from on staff general main to another, kudos.
mabel is one of the most active staff members on the server (i think idk i dont get on much LOL). but in her last term, she definitely did not get enough credit for all the stuff she did. not only is she a helpful staff member, but she’s an amazing friend and killer pvp god.

but hey, this is just a small rant in a fish pool of sharks. so, i think i’ll take my leave here. thanks :-)
