No, at the moment that your appeal is accepted and that the staff member decides that you can be unbanned, there is no direct correlation with the fact that you can/cannot join the server as the staff member has to manually unban you from the server, and if they don't, even tho your appeal was accepted, you still won't be able to join the server.

That being said, the problem here is that, perhaps, the staff member has forgotten to unban you in-game, as this happens sometimes as seeing that staff members have to deal with a substantial amount of punishment appeals in one day.

I'd suggest you either send a message to the staff member who punished you through the forums, or join the MCC's Official Discord and message them through there. (sending a message in #support may also work!)

Yes, I do understand that he has said that, however, mistakes can be made, and through appeals they might've stated one thing and forgotten to actually do it. Therefore, I'd still strongly encourage you to send them a message to see what happened.
