Spawners

You should set up an area where the mobs spawn in the air and then water pushes them to a 1x1 where that can fall to their death.
You can collect their loot with hoppers leading into chests!

Also if you want to grind experience from them then you can make them not die from the 1x1 fall and just kill them yourself.

as mentioned above, making a farm where they fall to their death is the most efficient and common route to go.
to be a ‘lil more specific, i like to make sure that the spawners are at least 7 blocks (both directions) away from walls just so they don’t spawn in walls or whatever. i’ve seen spawners that have gotten away with less than 7 blocks; however, i feel like 7 is justa safe number. also, then the water idea to have ‘em drop to their death. there is where having a 1x1 could work, like mentioned by imconcerned since there is a 50 hoppers per plot hopper limit being at none prestige (prestige 0), but having a ‘lil more wiggle room, especially if you have 3 spawners, would most likely work best.
unfortunately i don’t have any screenshots or examples i can give you since i sold all my spawners this season already, but i hope this helped.

The only way for you to maximize the profit from your spawners is to spend lots of time either at your plot or afking to maximize the amount of drops you get from the spawners.

 

The best way to make money from your spawners (assuming you have witches) is to make water either push them into lava (make sure the lava is the block above the witches so no drops are burned) and then to have hoppers collect the items or to have the witches pushed into a hole with a minimum of a 5 block drop (so the witches die) and make them land on hoppers to collect the items. Once you have this setup you need to afk on the plot with the spawners in order for them to spawn.

I totally agree with ImConcerned. Also, make sure the water is facing inward
to the water can drop and the mobs die instead of not dying. This method even
I use but I do not have as many spawners but that is ok as long as we keep selling the mob drops
so we can use it! One more thing, make sure the spawners are high up so when they fall,
they die and their drops flow down the water, and into the hopper.
