I think that every single mcc player would agree that a set schedule for reset like factions would be beneficial. You would know what to expect, and it would make the game more competitive and fun. The only debatable thing would be how long the season for each subserves would be. Factions is definitely good at 1 month, and I feel survival fits best with 9 month resets, since you don't want to lose your builds super quickly. Most Skyblock players seem to like 6 month resets. Now, the problem is mostly with kitpvp, survival and prison. These 3 subserves and very much neglected and I think while survival works with slightly longer 9 month resets, prison and kitpvp 100% require 6 month resets to stay fresh. thanks for attending my ted talk.

    Tl;Dr
Reset survival, kitpvp and prison more often

Hello! While I agree that a reset schedule would be helpful, there are a couple reasons why there is no such thing on the server.

Firstly, the server resets are currently not scheduled, so if there were dates on a calendar of when a reset will be, that puts pressure on the owners and other developers to get everything done, uploaded, and published by then. This means that there would likely be a drop in quality, because some things might be rushed and there wouldn't likely be enough time to fix them by the deadline.

Furthermore, the resets don't always occur at the same time in the year and on the same dates. For example, if creative or UHC needed a reset, then the owners and developers would already be working on getting Factions or whatever other scheduled reset on the calendar finished, and there would be no time to do some of the more rarely occurring server resets. Usually the rare resets are the most asked for by the server's players, and so they would be disappointed to hear that the year's resets are already scheduled.

Staff members are not told when a reset will happen, however anyone is able to extrapolate when the next one might be. The MCC Wiki has all past reset dates for every game on the network, so anyone can simply check how much time is usually in between each reset date, and therefore can see when the next likely reset will be. For example, skyblock resets generally happen every 6-7 months, and so since the last one was in the winter, the next one should be in the summer.

As for kitpvp, I cannot accurately comment on why it is not being reset, although the most likely reason is because there are other things being coded right now, and there are a limited amout of developers who can create content for the server. If the season length was shorter, then it would have to make other seasons longer, creating more inflation across the other servers' economies. Hopefully this was helpful as to why no one except the owners knows when the next reset for anything will be.

U say that its because of rarely resetting subs getting less resets, but kit hasn't been reset in over 10 months

I'm not entirely sure what you're meaning here, but as Creeper stated, no one really can comment on why Kit hasn't been reset yet (besides the owners). The most likely reason would be because something else is being worked on, or it's still being prepared.

It doesnt have to be strict, just ballpark. Kitpvp was said to reset 6-9 months, which is a veery large range and they still went way over. Make it like 6-8 or 6-7 months and so they have a month or 2 flexibility but we still know it will be between (date) and (date)

The owners never state a range, and also, if your in the discord and read #kitpvp, alex markey himself said kit reset was coming soon! Sometimes there are projects that need to be worked on such as our upcoming Mini-game schedule, so these "Estimates" are from players based upon last resets, most subservers do reset ever 6-10 months, but it can go over or under that time depending on what the owners need and are doing.

Yeah kit pvp would really benefit from a reset since there are people with chests full of gaps and p5 gear and punch bows and it’s impossible to play even as an immortal (i am) with the immortal kit or the weekly kit for rookies as you are literally 4 tapped by a s6 with strength witch is a huge game breaker because u need to chug gaps at 15hp to have time to eat it whole before dying. Just my opinion.

That won't change on reset, top players have enough keys to get 10+ p5 s6, tons of cash and like 7+ p5 s6 from irl deals

Reset just clears levels and adds features honestly, with IRL deals not much is actually lost in terms of items
