I haven't been on mcc in a while but I'm a prisons player so I logged on to check the lb to see how many z9's there were. Chat was dead af and I was thinking about reset and how long it had been since it reset. I think a cool idea would be to have a gui display the age of the prisons map at spawn so people could know how long exactly the season had been so far.
I think an age display would be great! It feels like everyday ppl log in and ask "when was last reset". The only reason I could see this not be implemented is it isn't especially essential and with things like the minigames revamp in the works, I could see the devs having their hands full. I would love to see this added, however. =)
This sounds like a great idea. It would add a nice little personal touch to new players coming to the server.
Hello there! I don't agree with this. The reason is because if someone joins prison half way through the season and see that the prison map has already been up 3 month, you have more chance of them leaving the server and not playing. I think it would decrease the likelihood of people joining and wanting to play. However, if people join and the season has just been reset, they will more than likely want to stay since its great starting a server which has just been reset.
I agree with this idea so much! And it would benefit not only the Prison sub-server, but all of the ones that have frequent resets (Factions, Skyblock, Survival etc.)It should definitely be considered to be added server-wide. Thank you for creating this thread, and I really do hope the developers decide to add this feature! :D
This would be a cool idea as it can help determine new resets and new players asking how old the current season is. I hope they really do add this to the prison servers as it would be a nice addition.
I do wish we had either an end date for each season or just a counter to see how long it has been going on for, hopefully someone will be able to help out with that.
