for the past day or so, i have been able to connect to other server but not mcc. My wifi is working fine, so I'm a bit confused. would anyone here have any suggestions?
@MenSeemPrettyCool try using mccentral.org or mc-central.net if that doesn't work try tagging a staff member in #support on the MCC discord. Overall I hope this helps have a wonderful day or night.

Hey there again. Can you make the screenshot of the Vanilla Minecraft Launcher? Doesn't matter what version is on at the moment you take the SS (With resetting minecraft I meant just closing and reopening it again, but I assume you have already done that)
