Saying that sentence or any other threat to kill, kidnap or cause physical harm to the president, at least in the United States of America is a felony punishable with up to 5 years in prison and 250,000 dollars maximum fine. It is something that when asked in MCC Discord, the closest punishment it could tie itself with was death threat (even though this rule is meant with threats directed at other players) and/or political discussions (even though there very easily could be no discussion since someone could just promptly say it). It is clear that MCC rules are not ready to deal with this case if it so happens and I would deeply recommend for the server to adapt its rule both in game and on MCC Discord. This is rare and unknown to have happened in MCC at least from what was asked on MCC Discord, although it could very easily and possibly have happened in the past and not been punished or even noticed, while in fact that player was committing a felony on MCC. It would be up to staff and/or owners to determine the type of punishment (Mute or Ban) and what to call this new rule (e.g. Presidential Threat).
