Alright.... j9shua here! For a break from all the discussions about anticheat, hackers, etc, may I just add how good the hub looks, and then how much better it looks with shaders?! It's stunning. I agree very much with you! My plot on prison is also very pretty at night with shaders, but the lobbies and server itself is, like you said, very beautiful with shaders A lot better then anything I can build!
I think the lobby was amazing at the time it was made, buildings has progressed since. Imo the lobby is outdated and needs a change, if you just compare it to other lobby’s in different servers it’s realy looking outdated. While ppl say it was hard work from a build team, it’s realy not. They made one side of the lobby with gates then used w/e to copy and paste then they added the landscape that I think they used w/e too there but I’m not sure. Then they added the art pieces on each gate. I do like the lobby tho with all the things I just said because of its organization, and because of its chill look. Overall I see why you like it and say it’s underrated, but still I expect better then a server that has 1.5k players on average. -Ori
It really is amazing. True, all of the hubs are good looking though, including the plot spawns they are sick!
You have a point.. It has been the same (or similar) for quite a while now, it could do with a change. But the main attraction of the server isn't the hub. It's very good how it is now but a revamp of the hub would be appreciated but not necessary. Hopefully we get to see what the future's got in store for us. It's still nostalgic to remember it being basically the same from all the way back in 2013-14 but you have a point, it could be time for a change but it still looks great nonetheless
Wow, I don't think my potato pc can handle shaders that well, but it sure does look really great! Although... I do think a new lobby might look great! :)
My pc was struggling a tiny bit and I have a 2060.. A new lobby could be a great change for the server.
I already thought the lobby looked good, but woahh the shaders make it look so cool. I want to install shaders but I'm very positive my laptop (every gamer's choice MacBook Air) could not handle it and I would have negative fps. Do you know of any shaders that don't drain performance but still look cool? Also cw npc looks like a snacc more people should play cw
I’m sorry, but I don’t know any shaders that don’t do much damage to FPS, I would increase the amount of RAM the computer uses a bit more processing power, this makes it a bit smoother on running on the general server, but idk about shaders, sorry...
CW is still alive definitely.... Shaders shouldn't impact it that much. You could most likely use shaders if you're playing Creative or something not very competitive, but if you were to play something like SW then you might have some problems.
