Hi all, Huppo10 and i are making a survival games map !!! its pretty bare bones now(where building the basic basics first) but what i am going for is the ruins of a Jungle temple with a huge tree growing out of the top of the middle of the temple. If you have any cool ideas for traps, loot, buildings or even for the entire map please comment bellow, I would love to see some fresh ideas not from my or my friend's head ... Also: just as a side note I'm willing to make this map as perfect as possible and will totaly spend as long as i need to on it to do so ! So far it actually does look really cool and I like the idea of it and would definitely play it once you get more done. There's already an abandoned zoo map that is jungle-ish so try to look at that map and find some things to make your jungle themed map something that stands out and different from the Lost Zoo map. I like the structure shapes of it so far, but make sure you add details because rn it’s much needed. I’ll give you examples on how I would detail it: every floor at the pyramid add an upsidedown stairs and I would do some nice stair work as railing on top of it. At the walls, add a base block that goes out by two blocks and it will create depth, it can also create a opportunity to add pillars that add more depth and this creates another opportunity to add a stair work at the middle to detail and to contrast the wall. For the jungle area make only custom landscape with handmade trees because the naturally generated Minecraft as landscape don’t look good. Ideas: at the jungle part add animals(Pro tip: the bigger the animal, the easier it is to make, use a reference picture when u are making the animal) Add some holes in the area that maybe were destroyed by some cavers that came by it will make the fight way more intense if a player fell into a hole and had to come back. -Ori

I 100% do not want to discourage you, thats awesome that you wanna do this for the server, but what i will say is that the chances of getting a map accepted is so astronomically low. I worked on a map with an actual mod and we finished it and all that, had admins come on and look, they thought it was good, and then just nothing ever happend, never added it or explained why it wasnt. I just wanted to let you know now :/
