Ok so look I know over the past 3 season's Staff or owner decided to put in spawners. look everyone is who looking at this prison is meant for Pvp, Mining, and much more, however spawners is not a part of prison. Staff if u think that spawners should stay then hear me out, from season 1 to season 2 Mining was the way of money, you worked hard for it, now you can just sit AFK and earn 100k - 1mil in just 15min. When Mining took 24min just to get 300k. I want prison to go back to prison I don't understand why they took survival server and mixed it in with prison THIS IS BASICALLY OFFBRAND SURVIVAL. I totally agree with this, I am a season 2 player and the game was so much more fun when there was no spawners. If you wanna keep it unique, keep the tokens in, I like the things they are for (not spawners) though. Our community has also lost so many players because of it. I hope this helps!
heyo! i can see where you’re coming from about spawner n’ all that. And i’ve seen this topic float around since season 3. I, myself, am a season1 prison player and i knew the life of spawners and the life of mining. I think since spawners have already been introduced, they’re not going to be taken out- a few reasons might include- *spanwrs have been in prison for majority of the time, they have been adapted into prison’s economy *suddenly taking them out wouldn’t look good and *also, removing spawners wouldn’t be good since this can lead to more complaint about how spawners were removed *having an only mining economy/system can make ranking up harder/more difficult and very surreal to even hit 3rd or 4th prestige.. and it’s not like side hustles like profit shops n’ such can make more money Spawners have practically shaped the prison economy throughout the seasons. I think now (s6) compared to when spanwrs first came out (s3) there has been a large improvement. the economy isn’t 100%. spawners aren’t as OP as they first were in s3 and s4. Also, they have leveled out the spanwrs-mining so one doesn’t completely overpower one (*cough s3). I think the way the leveled out the use of both spawners and mining is still a ‘lil spawner dominant, but with prestiges, hopper limit, spanwer limit, and tokens i can see prison turning into almost a 60/40 spawners/mining. - now i don’t say 50/50 because it just doenst seem realistic for prison to ever become that way. i’d say spawners have basically shaped the prison economy. some ways in previous and current seasons: back in s3, it was all about blazes and killing the mobs that way s4 & s5 was mostly just afk’ing magmas and getting your blocks mined s6 has an improvement on requiring adding tokens and a hopper limit in your plot. also spanwrs have shaped the prison economy becuase that’s how higher mcranked players got up to 5th, 6th, and 7th prestiges. they can also be found in the auction house and are usually something grants used in irl trade deals. along with many complaints about how spawners ruin prison.. i feel that there would be just as many, if not more, complaints about spawners.. if they were to remove them. - about how a 100% mining prison subserver doesn’t fit mcc theme and it’s inefficient, etc. overall, it’s a -1 from me i hope this addressed most, if not all, your points! have a great day! ~puposaurus
To add onto what Puposaurus said, if they remove spawners from Prison, they'd have to do it with the other sub-servers which would equal more complaints because then Prison would be only subserver without spawners and that would unbalance the entire server. I can see why people want them gone, but it would throw off the entire server and cause Prison players to move onto a sub-server that has spawners. So I'm -1 on this.
Hey there, While I understand where you're coming from, this is the exact reason that the Prison Tokens were implemented. Players now either have to mine for tokens to get more spanwers, or pay a lot of extra money to be able to buy the spawner AND the tokens. I think that being able to buy spawners is a fantastic reward for the top players. Without them, people wouldn't have anything to spend all the money they get from mining. Having lots of spawners is simply a payoff for all the time spent mining.
guys i understand that but look. Spawners r to op prison is PAY TO WIN cuz ppl can pay 2.50$-500$ and can keep getting spawners = $$$
you can’t get spawners from keys anymore. that was something they changed this season, you can get banknotes and money pitches you can use towards a spawner... but you CANNOT get spawners from spinning keys. if that’s what you mean :/
Hello! I agree with others above but I understand how you feel spawners have ruined the economy. I've played prison since season 1 and I've seen the economy change so much and I think that spawners will just forever be. I can say though that when they were introduced in Season 3, that completely flipped the system and the economy has come a LONG way since then. I think over the seasons they have been constantly improving the balance between spawners and mining and personally I am very happy with the current season and the introduction of Prison Tokens (as Carter mentioned). I think that it's really helped mining become a main source of money and bring back the old prison ways. I don't see spawners going anywhere anytime soon but I can say that prison is continuing to be changed so mining prevails and becomes the main source of money. I hope you're alright with the current economy and can understand that the way things are going with prison aren't all bad. Thank you for posting and have a lovely rest of your day. ♡
Heya! I can see what your talking about and it is annoying however as a season player it was really hard to earn money I can remember it..... but i think it should just be nerfed that's it not removed because it is a good way of making your prison career grow because money in prison means pvp plots and trading. I remember when spawners were first added in season 3 and you ahd to kill mobs for money this led to hackers. Upon season 4 it was based on afk and you could get them from keys. My first point is yes coming from a key stand point they were too OP. Players do IRL deals to accumulate keys and save them for up coming seasons so they would get a huge advantage. Also as people said again if spawners were taken out it would ruin the new way the prisons economy is run. The only way I see spawners being taken out is by splitting the realms into old and new instead of 1 and 2. I think all they can do is continue nerfing spawners through the seasons. You mentioned when spawners were added but you failed to mention the fact that there was a new prisons prestige system that required a LOT more money to rank up in. In this way I think the whole economy was just buffed majourly and still with the nerf people might make it to Z9 this season althought big doubt (srry Dkkim54). In season 2 /prisontop was full of Z9's so the economy now is just a buffed versoin of season 1 and 2 prisons. When season 7, the current season came around the time you made this post, spawners have had many fixes. They are now a legendary chance in the chest for 1 spawner and the Tokens really helped. The tokens being added made it so players had to save up tokens from there mining and even have to go mining when they have spawners. Dude, this is why rank prices should be lowered, on top of spawners being removed. Spawners just ruin prison and are stupid. Again, there should be 2 different prison realms: 1 with spawners, and 1 without. Then everyone is happy. I don't get why you guys don't like the idea. But whatever, your loss.

Im sorry, but im going to have to completely disagree with what you said. A thread was already made abt this topic and you can view those. I dont think that the reasons i stated should be any more excuse for lower rankup prices and two different prison servers. both of those are simply, surreal and most likely wouldn't be implemented
