i recently was locked out of my old account and can no longer access it.( yes i have been through mojang) i had all my progress on my old mine craft account ( the one my MCCENTRAL account is registered with) i wondered if there was anyway to be given admin access to my plots or belongings and my rank( i had gold) as i had spent loads of money and time into this server and i will have to lose it all?? EDIT: i can give evidence to prove its my account if this is needed? i just want it back :(
Hello, Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer any rank or items on the server from your previous account. We simply don’t offer this service. Your best bet would be to try to get access to your old account or start grinding on your new one. Have a good day, Thread Locked ♡
