Can I use badlion replay maker to report someone?

    Well it needs to be uploaded. That being said, if that file format is supported by the various plat-forms used for that, you should be fine.

    I find it much easier to use OBS for recording evidence. Or, if you have an NVIDIA or AMD GPU, you should be able to record replays and videos from the default software, but in a more common format.

    yeah you can use badlion replay maker as long as you can see valid evidence (such as a player getting more than 3 block reach. an easy way to view this is by looking from the side view of a fight or above the fight and counting the number of blocks between the player (that pretty much goes without saying)

    Yes, you can. To answer your 2nd question the .mcpr format can't be uploaded to Youtube since it doesn't support that format of a file, so you have to either convert that using an online video converter or using a different platform such as vimeo or twitch clips.
