Allow editing in reports

While I personally agree with giving permissions to editing forum reports, I just don't think it'd be the best sometimes. Say, I reported a user without linking evidence, simply could just reply to the thread with it as you already have suggested, it's not really that time consuming but then again, people could edit the format, etc. making it not look like the best reports.

To say the least, we're just better off replying to our own threads. Yes, it may not look like the best report but it's just 1 report that you'll eventually get over thinking about, I'm OCD like that and understand the convience but I just find it more easy to reply over edit.

Either way, I'm still going to +1 but I wouldn't mind staying in the current way it's run.

I totally agree on this! Sometimes I need to reupload a youtube video because I accidently uploaded the wrong video or pasted the wrong link. Or I want to add another video for sufficient evidence and I have to reply to my own thread. I think editing the report would be a really nice improvement!

I've also had the problem that I accidently reported the same player twice in 1 day. I only notice this after I reported for the second time. Thats why I think that a function to remove the report you submitted should be there. This ofcourse also prevents staff from wasting their time on a report that already has been accepted. Definetly a +1 from me!

I fully agree with your suggestion.
In my opinion I think that this permission should be given to us players who are reporting a player for breaking the server rules because, suppose so, imagine that me or any player, makes a report against you or any other player for using hacks and yet put with the motif of CrossTeam or something, or even insufficient evidence and already has more evidence to punish the player, it was much easier than adding a comment with enough new evidence.

I feel like this would be a simple easy fix. I sometimes see myself putting my video link in the name of the player by accident. Or just making simple mistakes. I am all for this. This would be easy, it makes sense too because you can edit your posts on the forums, so it only makes sense you can do so on the reports. I like this idea!

I think there should be! I couldn't even tell you how many times I've submitted a report and accidentally attached the wrong yt video.

Hey there. I slightly agree with your suggestion. I believe that this would make the reports stand out and would also be easier for the staff members to review the report. However, as Fox mentioned, it isn't that time-consuming to reply to the report and put your evidence there. So honestly, I don't think this should be high on the priority list.

I agree, it’s quite distressing if you mess up on a report, and there’s not a simple way to fix that mistake. You can always reply, but it’s not always needed. So if think being able to edit reports would be a good idea.
