Hey there. I just want to know what the kit community thinks about the price of potions in general in /shop. I personally believe that $10 for one health potion is a little much. It would cost roughly $200 to get a substantial amount of hps for a p4 or p5 fight which adds up a lot over time. Please let me know if it should get reduced at all and if so, by how much?
Hey there, I don't play kitpvp much but i know that $200+ wasted on health potions will be added up a lot. I think that it would be a good idea to lower it some, maybe like 2$ or so cheaper. You are able to get health potions from your kits, but the 15 minute cool down may be too long for some people who may die and straight away jump back into pvp. I think it's a good idea though!
I think an ideal price for health potions would be around $2-3. I thought of that price because it would make it easier for both ranked and non-ranked people to acquire them (health potions shouldn't be a lot to purchase.) When it comes down the the economy and who has the most money, I'd say 9 times out of 10 that the richest player would be a ranked player. Saying that health potions are worth $10 is equal to a rookie having to get 10 kills with no kits. To accomplish this feat they'd probably need to pick up a ranked persons discarded gear or beat someone with the same gear in a 1v1, which is difficult for a non-ranked player to do. What I'm getting at is 10 kills seems a bit much for 1 HEALTH POTION and it should be lowered drastically (especially since ranked people get a ton of them every 15 MINUTES! *varying on rank*) +1 from me
Hey Conde! I 100% agree with your opinion, people spend a lot on buying health potions. People who take forever to finish their 1v1 roughly end up with no money in their balance (mostly p5). 1 or 2 dollars would be the best price for health pots and $3 for the speed, fire resistance, and strength. I don't get why the /kit potions are so expensive when you can get it every 5 mins. It's practically a free kit. If we can't access the kit because of the time limit, it has to be reduced to $3 or lower. This would be the best price for both rookies and donators. The health potions are absolutely ridiculous because the fact that donators can get them every 15 mins or if your rookie farm, usually they drop with 1 health pot (if they don't use it). Hi! As I am a person that sells hp pots for $2 each, I might be slightly biased, but I believe it should be changed to somewhere near the $5 range. These days, the auction house is very saturated with hp pots and so rookies can buy them there (/shop prices should always be slightly overpriced so that a secondary market like /ah can work and resellers can make any significant amount of money). Some sellers are rookies. The second point I'd like to bring up is the fact that the rookie kit contains an hp pot every 15 seconds. I used to mass redeem those for profit or use in PvP when I first started out, and I encourage people to do so if they want to save money! For /kit potion, I tend to claim them even when I am not going to use them, so I can jump in right away after I die. I keep 10+ kits in my vault, though they should reduce the cooldown to somewhere near 2:30 minutes, as I feel anyone that isn't focused from the second they launch from the platform can survive that long. I agree with reducing the potion prices, but not very drastically, as it is one of the best ways to start making money when you first start out (under bedrock rank). EDIT: Buff /kit rookie because an hp doesn't make a difference when you are killed in 2 hits by generally any common weapon (sharp 4 swords, legend+ kit bows with fire tick).
Hola señor, I totally agree with you. I think that they should reduce the amount from $10 to $5 for the strength, speed, and regeneration. I also highly recommend that they should reduce the price of health potions, because I feel like it's too expensive in general. Hey there! completely agree with you. I've spent at least $30000 potions LOOL. With that amount of money i could of bought some p5 or a s6 sword +maybe a stack of gaps. And im Immortal.
