I know this year must have been really hectic to staff (because more and more people online= more hackers..) I just wanted thank all you guys for keeping this server in good condition. Yeah there are some problems here and there (that's just life nothing's perfect) but this is and always will be favourite server! I feel they don't get the credit they deserve. To staff: All of you guys are amazing and thank you for putting up with us (complaining/hacking/being meanie heads/and etc). And don't let people's rude comments put you down! Why do you appreciate staff? Any funny memories with staff? Please don't post negative comments down below... this is appreciation Happy things only!
I agree! All the staff on MCC are great and they work so hard to make the server a better place! All these people that say the staff don't do anything are complete retards. I hope I can join them one day!
Hello everyone! Personally, I have seen staff being extremely helpful with hackers, and they seem to be more friendly while responding in game! I appreciate the staff team and I hope they only keep getting better!
In all honesty, every single staff I've interacted with all seemed really chill people! People sometimes tend to forget that staff are players too and just want to have fun from time to time instead of dealing with constant complaints and reports from us. Hence my discord server has a strict rule when it comes to complaining about Mcc punishments to staff. It's nice to see someone like you to create an appreciation thread post!
I would also like say how thankful I am for all the staff members. I have a lot of respect for the way they handle things and many of them are people we look up to. Hopefully they will keep up with the good work.
I think a large percentage of this server really do not appreciate the hard work of staff on this server. From my experience of being a staff member it can get very stressful. Yes it is their job to keep the server as clean as possible but they can only do so much to take initiative in that as they have their own life and do their role willingly just to make everyone’s play time experience much better.
I agree with a lot of what everyone is saying. I think the staff does a great job at what they do and they don't always get enough recognition for it. Hopefully they keep doing what they are doing.
100% All staff should get awarded more for their continuous hard work on the server. What they have done has changed it forever and the server will not be the same without them. Especially since they do it as volunteers. Keep it up :)
Big facts here. The staff on this server seem like genuine people. I haven’t talk to that many, but the ones that I have talk to are very chill and nice. It’s just that like you said, a lot more players and hackers are being more active, and the server is continuously growing. They half that don’t appreciate the staff most likely don’t understand how much work they actually do put in <3
yo i agree with this most people (sometimes me D:) get quite frustrated or mean to staff because they cant do everything. but staff can be funny at times. i remember the time when Teddzy made me admin for 2 seconds :D peace -FireyGast, Immortal- ex admin :D
Hey, I completely agree. 100%! Staff get a bunch of crap for some decisions they make. But, they sometimes make hard decisions, like whether to ban people, etc. But they work hard for this community and people don’t appreciate it enough. Even though they might mute you or ban you, they did it for a reason and some people don’t understand that. Thanks for being positive and i agree with you. We really do need t appreciate the staff. 100% agree I cannot stress that enough. On top of the crazyness, you go into the forums and theres just kids wining that "Staff arent doing anything and they dont care about the server". It's only messed up, but much love to McCentral's staff team! <3 <3 <3
Hey! Often, people are quick to blame the staff for the number of cheaters and issues wrong with the server. It's often a thankless job, but really, we don't know what we'd do without them. I have an astronomical amount of respect for them. Over the years I have been a member of this community, staff have told me that they receive death threats, are told to kill themselves and much more, just for doing what they love and trying to make MCC a better place for all. That takes skill. The ability to remain professional during that is something that many don't have. I think this post was a great idea, as they should see that many people care about them and definitely don't overlook their hard-work and sacrifices. Stay well! Cessie2u
Dude, this isn't the place for this. If you have a problem with those staff members, please post it in the reports section. This post is very much trying to give the staff that work tirelessly to keep the server safe a bit of a thank you, which they often do not get. I'm sure due to your longevity of membership here I don't need to link the reports section.
Staff members are the people who put there OWN time in effort into playing the game to protect people from hackers / spammers / random toxic people who are mean. They put there own time that they could be playing SSW and not having to deal with recording and banning hackers, but they do, to keep everyone else safe! They get payed $0 via PayPal/bitcoin, they only get payed in buycraft $ Which they can only use on the MCC store! Its virtually VOLUNTEER WORK and i still see people hating on them.
