So Im Already immortal rank and went to buy the $5 coal rank for my friend, However it didnt ask for me to enter the username so i figured it was gonna ask after i bought it, it did not, and now i purchased a $5 coal rank for myself when im already the immortal rank.. anyway to fix this so i can rebuy it for my friend? I emailed support and no response, also posted in the discord and was told to make a post on here! I have the receipt in my email etc. please help!
