Hey, @kingjax_ If you didn't receive your rank more then 15 minutes then you can message at [email protected]. Also, you need to have evidence of your purchase like a screenshot or some form of evidence. Also, you can contact the admins on the MCCentral discord in #support. Hi Kingjax_ What currency do you use in the location that you live in? The web stores default curreny is set to USD. So depending on what currency you are you would of payed based off of that.
While I've never heard of refunds ever being given on the mcc store, it wouldn't hurt to ask. You can email [email protected] to ask if they'll make an exception. Just do NOT do a charge-back (or whatever it's called) on paypal, because, while you'll get your money back (I assume), you will be permanently banned from the server, since there's no system to automatically remove a purchase on the server, so the easiest thing to do is ban the player (because its seen as getting purchases for free).
