So I've seen many threads about having /fix all be free, and people have made it clear that that will most likely never return, but maybe it could be discounted for the higher ranks. Maybe for discounts could start at Lapis rank at possibly 5-10 percent, and make its way all the way up to Immortal to a 50% discount. Of course, those are just off the top of my head and could be changed, but this could add more perks to the higher ranks and would benefit some.
Hey Noxid, I don't believe that they should implement a discount or bring it back to free at all. This would be too OP for lower ranked players and it wouldn't be very fair. There shouldn't be a discount at all for these reasons. If we did have this as a possibility the server wouldn't be fair at all, and it wasn't fair at all when it was free. When it was free people just constantly spammed it and they never died. If they were to implement it again it would be extremely unfair. If you have any more questions or concerns please contact me! Hey noxid, Rather than have a discounted /fix all come with ranks, it might be better to have it listed as a perk which can be found in ancient or mythical keys. This way the scarcity of this ability is high so it wouldn't create a divide between players who have it and those who don't. I'd also add that the maximum discount for /fix all should not exceed 25%. - Mike
I think fix all should have a cost regardless of rank, if you have free fix all one could stay allive forerver essentially without even having the hellforged 2 enchant. -PDR
its killing the server having it cost money. Now only are 2-3-4-5v1s very hard to survive but p4 1v1s are scarce because u spend 30-40$ at least during the 1v1, not to mentions cripples and gasps. You are essentially losing a p4 set and about 100$ or buying a l4 set for 35% discount if u win. Finally, ppl farm rookies as money is rly important now so u can fix. The only way to make a consistent income on kitpvp is farming rookies.
It killed kit and i only played kit and minigames on mcc so i purchased bedrock for fix all back in season 1 now my purchase is basically worthless and no people dont forever stay alive your just bad if u cant kill nobody i mean i use to get p5 kills in p4 which is def impossible now
There actually already is a 50% discount for fix all for bedrock+ ranked players, but I still think that fix all should be free, at least for bedrock+ like it was before. My main issue with /fix costing money is that in the previous seasons, kit was mainly based on the pvp aspect of things, it didn't really matter if you didn't have money, the main issue was not being able to buy p4/p5, or hps. Now, every time I play kit, everything just feels different. I have to make sure I'm only fixing when I really need to, because if I don't, I'll go completely bankrupt within a matter of hours and won't be able to play anymore. P4 fights used to usually be profitable, but now, if you're fighting somebody who doesn't let you fix, and you're forced to fix all, no matter the outcome of the fight, you lose tons of money. If cf was still in the game, it would have made things a little bit easier because money was a lot easier to obtain back then, but with cf being removed aswell, you have to sell items or farm rookies to even make enough money to fix. Fix all isn't even that overpowered when it comes to staying alive. Even when fix all was free, people would still die because of their gear popping, and them dying. The main way to stay alive was to spam gaps, and it still is, it's just harder now and will cost a lot of money if you're in a long fight. Out of everything that ranked players have that rookies don't, I don't really think fix is the most broken one out of everything. Although being able to fix without cost would be a little bit "unfair" to non-ranked players, it definitely wouldn't be as bad as all the kits. MCC needs to make money somehow, and some ranks need perks to make them interesting for players to buy. If fix remained the same as it is for rookies right now, and bedrock+ returned to free fix all, it would probably boost the playerbase again, and I know people who have bought bedrock simply because of the fixing, and it might encourage more players to do so.
I think there should be discounted / free fix all for diamond rank and above. I think if you are paying that much for a rank you should get it for free, but I understand why they added a price.
