The only challenge is finding someone that wants to buy a built plot. But any kind of deal would have to be done like I normal cash deal, there's no command allowing you to sell the plot. As far as I know there is no rules keeping you from selling a plot, as long as it's for in game money. I doubt it falls under whats allowed with irl deals.
You could sell a plot for IGM, But I don't actually think you can give someone full access to the plot only just trust you would still be the owner.
hey! to add on to what the others said, there's no way to actually transfer plot ownership. the closest you can get to this is just trusting a person to the plot. you can do this & sell your plot for in game money, but i wouldn't recommend it, as scamming is allowed on prison, and there's a good chance that the person may untrust you from said plot. you can "sell" your plot for IRL deals as long as the IRL part is from the MCC store. but, as i mentioned above, i wouldn't recommend it. i hope that that answered your question - let me know if there's anything else you may need clarification on.
There's only a command for un-claiming a plot that you no longer want if that's what you're referring to. /plot delete then /plot confirm
I wouldn’t suggest buying plots though, for any reason. The owner has access to everything and they can deny you from the plot anytime. Also, they could possibly ask a moderator to break your sell shop signs for them and steal whatever items you had in the chest.
Hello my friend, In the best case scenario, no, you cannot sell a claimed plot as logically, you didn't buy it for anything. Though, you can get rid of a plot (unclaiming it) by using the command /p delete then using /p confirm. Though, you can virtually sell plots by having a player give you money for trusted permissions on your plot. That's the closest you could get to "selling". Have a good one! - ShePrecious
