IP banned for no clear reason

Look here i still don't know why i got an ip ban
There were a group of people who were making fun of me for some reason
Accusing me of being "racist" And a mentally crazy person.
I told them to stop or face the punishment. They Thought i was joking.
They came a few seconds later and threw blocks at my plot many times
then i got extremely mad
and the same to them throwing plots at their plot.

Then i got ip ban for no clear reason and in my appeal i said that i got proof i was not a bot or an alt
because the plots in our plots were placed in the same time no human has 2 brains also we play in different
Pc's.

He said " You were unfortunately banned for IP Ban Evading as this had nothing to do with any immediate accounts you may or may not be linked to. I cannot accept your appeal because you haven't waited the correct amount of time to appeal this offense and your appeal is nowhere near of accepting quality. I unfortunately cannot disclose evidence from reports however you state that you do admit to what you were punished for. You will be able to appeal your IP Ban Evading offense on July 24, 2020. Have a lovely rest of your day. ♡"

So i got ip ban for throwing blocks at a plot

and the rules do not say throwing blocks at a plot gets you ip ban
so I'm confused

And i can't appeal again because its considered "spam"

so how am i gonna get unban without waiting an unfairly long time
