its been 3days sence i made a report about not getting my keys, i check to to one more time if i had it and still had nothing. So the staff who appealed -Teddy3684- Said to make a donation ticket which i emailed to Him. and i got no reply. Ive heard staff have 3 days to answer those things and he/she didnt. Please somone help me get my immortal keys. U CAN check how long ive been immortal and i havnt gotten any of my keys! every month i should be getting 1 ancient key. Hey there, I believe you got some of these things confused. Staff have up to 3 days to respond to appeals, while it's a different amount of time for donation issues (I believe it's whenever the administrator gets around to it). If you've properly made a donation issue (you can find out how to here), you'll just have to be patient and await a response. I'd also double check that you sent your email to the right address, just to verify that it went through.
To add onto this, The monthly ancient key you get from immortal rank comes at the end of the month. If i buy immortal today the 26th, I will have to wait til the end of the month to receive my key. If both these reply's still don't help you please make a new post. Locked
