Hey there, make sure you actually don’t have a VPN when trying to log on. If you’re absolutely sure, DM or @ a Senior Moderator so they can VPN-whitelist you. https://discord.gg/9jzwQDQ. Have a good day, and feel free to DM me if you have further questions :)
It can take time before a Senior Moderator or higher replies to you in #support. In the instance that all DMs are closed for them and you cannot PM one, check back in support every hour or so and request a Senior again. There isn't much you can do from there unless a Senior views this thread, but I assure you that you should receive assistance if you try this and be a tad bit more patient.
