Yo kids you know how pesky that lapis is in Z mine. Well 3 years ago in prisons season 2 there were mines for z1 z2 z3 ect until z9. Then they added the new prestige system. My proposal: Add prestige mines! when you reach pres 2 you get the access to old pres 2 mine. When you reach pres 4 you get pres 4 mine ect. It goes with like the color coded rank colors on tab. The only issue I see with this is when you prestige, you have to go back up to z for sell prices. You would be instantly allowed to go to prestige mine. My fix for this is you have to be rank z in order to go to the prestige mine. Lemme know what you think.
xStrafings you are 100% right. That lapis at Z is so annoying. They should, instead of giving us the same exact thing every prestige, give us something new and special.
Ive always been a fan of prestige mines, less crowding in all other mines and it gives players another reason for ranking up besides to get an increased spawner/hopper limit
I disagree with this idea. I don't think there should be any additional monetary benefit to the mines just because of your prestige outside of the current 0.1 multiplier increase. I wasn't around for Season 2 so please pardon my ignorance if I am off base here. Increasing the value of mining in addition to the multiplier increase would further increase the gap between prestige ranks. Giving those who are a higher level an ADDITIONAL increase in the ability to make money to continue ranking at a faster rate.
One way to bypass the problem you're addressing OstrichMann is if the multiplier still stays in place, but you can sell at the prestige mines for a higher value. To better explain, you can ONLY get the higher prestige value by selling DIRECTLY to the prestige mine. All /sellall or sell wand interactions would sell for the already set prestige multiplier. This would mean shops held by prestiges do not get the extra value. The only way to get the additional money offered by prestige mines would be to either; fill inv with ores from sell shop and then warp to prestige mine (which would take a long time decreasing players money per minute), or by mining in the prestige mines.
