That isn't anti cheat, its rubber banding, in some cases it could connect with anticheat, but i think its the outdated core.
The minigame anticheat isn't bad, the kitpvp one is uhh. It needs some work.
Although stain glass does help, a texture pack, preferably an fps based one, will help you out a lot.

The anticheat here is not bad, I do believe enhanced prioritizing would help.
They reset the whole season, henceforth only ranks remain.
