    I agree with zak. You only see this really at prestige 8 and 9 but at that point there aren't enough chests to hold the drops due to the hopper...

    I agree. The multiplier should be greater than 0.1. Since prestige doubles each level (each level of prestige 9 is 512x the beginning level)...
